Our Process - Stationery Designs
We outlined the step-by-step process that we normally go through for our stationery and event material design orders. Please keep in mind that this is based on a typical invitation set order. If you require a custom design, the approximate timeline may vary depending upon complexity of the design and availability of materials.

Step 1 – Initial Inquiry
We are happy to answer any questions you may have for our stationery and event material design services. Normally, when we receive your inquiry, we respond to your questions within 1-2 business days. We also update FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) section of our website regularly, so please take a look at the FAQ page for your reference.

Step 2 – Sample Request
Although it is not mandatory, we recommend that you consider purchasing our Sample Collection. Samples will allow you to see and touch the actual piece and help you to fine tune your creative ideas. Step3 – Order Request
Once you finalize the style and the papers you like, you can place order through our online ordering form. As soon as we receive your order, we will process the request. If it is a custom-designed work, we will provide a free estimate for you. Upon placing your order, we require 50% of the total balance to start the project. Please refer to FAQs for ordering method.

Step 4 – Discussion of Details
Once work gets started on the project, we will discuss the kind of layout, typeface, wording, etc. that you prefer. You can submit your wording in MS Word or via e-mail.
Step 5 – Approvals and Revisions
Based on the agreed design specifications (your wording, your choice of paper colors etc.), we will create one mock-up for you. You will be required to approve the final design online. After the final revisions are made, we can mail you the physical final piece.

Step 6 – Production
Once we receive your final design approval, we will start the printing and assembly process. This process normally takes three to four weeks.

Step 7 – Shipping
When your stationery materials are ready, we will package them carefully and send them to your address. We offer a variety of shipping services. Please refer to FAQs for details.
